• add rpress = (epress1 - plitho) to matlab files
• SOPALE1dmtm.f: write a matlab file for cell21

version 2009-04-29

• Each binary now comes with its own run script. No choices! The old "run_sopale_nested" is no longer required.
• patch of 2009-03-10 (plas_fluid_method.eq.5) has been removed
• Blkfct is now included, and compiled, with Sopale Nested.
• The build is now done by autoconf and automake.
